Stu Thomson
Head honcho of MTBcut and former World Cup Mountain Bike struggler Stu Thomson is owner and founder of MTBcut Productions. Stu is already a well respected figure in the Mountain Bike industry and widely acknowledged as a leader in the development of Mountain bike web video. After hanging up his pedals as a racer due to being well "under the thumb" (although he will always put it down to a career ending injury) he decided to return home to his native Scotland to get married and pick up the phone to HM Revenue and Customs and set up MTBcut as a business.

Since launching the company, Stu has grown MTBcut into being one of the premier video producers, distributors and marketing agencies in the Outdoor Sports industry. Stu still rides two or three times a week when he's not at the computer or out on the mountain with a camera, although these days he will tell you himself that he's no longer a downhill rider as now prefers to rip it up on his Orange 5 and has even recently been seen partaking in some rock climbing and motorbike trials.
Over the last 3 years Stu has consistently shown he has the talent
and vision to create ground breaking marketing projects for many
major brands. He is also credited as being the original
pioneer of the Live Webcast from Mountain Bike World Cup races
having initially launched a project at Fort William World
Championships in 2007 to huge success and industry acclaim. This has become a regular occurrence and
operated by the website Freecaster at every World Cup race.
Aaron Bartlett
Youngest and newest member of the MTBcut team and the self proclaimed workhorse of the company, Aaron's primary job is to travel the world following the UCI DH Mountain Bike World Cup; operating a camera and producing video content for some of MTBcut's largest clients. Before joining MTBcut, Aaron produced and co- produced the two mountain bike titles of his own. Since he started working for MTBcut Aaron has clocked up some serious air miles and produced some fantastic content for MTBcut along the way.

When Aaron isn't filming or editing you can usually catch him watching football or being a total wimp on his mountain bike. Unfortunately since realising he hasn't got what it takes to race bikes at a decent level he can now be seen at the local track skidding down steep sections screaming "I don't want to die!"
Scott Marshall
A long standing part time addition to the MTBcut crew, Scott Marshall has had a strong role to play in MTBcut for a few years now. After completing his film and media course at college Scott has gone from strength to strength in his film making and has since produced his first full length DVD (Speed Kings) in 2010. Scott is regularly involved in many different projects for MTBcut clients, bring a fresh and unique style to any video project.
